To encourage residents of Occitania to go on vacation this summer, the Regional Council gives a boost to the tourism sector with train tickets and coach trips at low prices.
The idea is to lighten the vacationers' purse intended for transport to allow them to afford a meal in a restaurant, accommodation or a cultural outing.
Mini price on track
Nearly one million TER LIO tickets for one euro will go on sale, three times more than in 2019. As of today, more than 51,000 seats will be offered at this price on the SNCF website.

Young people under the age of 26 can travel every day in July and August, on all regional journeys for one euro. The offer will remain the same on weekends in June and September. In July and August, a ticket quota of one euro will be offered for the first travelers who book, on all journeys during the week as well as the weekend.
The Occitanie Region and the SNCF are also launching EvasiO'plein air offers for hikes allowing walking enthusiasts to benefit from a 50% reduction on the lines offering a hike departure near the station.
Coach journeys capped at two euros
Low prices also on the roads of the region with pricing at two euros on all bus lines in the territory and regardless of the distance of the journey in all departments, from July 1. Same policy for long distance trips to major tourist sites.
