One is to lift restrictions on Hubei (including Wuhan, except for medium and high-risk areas) personnel entering Beijing civil aviation, railway ticket purchase and highway entry Beijing permit.
The second is that Hubei (including Wuhan) people entering Beijing no longer practice 14-day home or concentrated observation, and release observation to those who are at home or concentrated. Wuhan Jinjing personnel holding a negative nucleic acid test certificate will no longer conduct a second nucleic acid test; those who do not hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate entering Beijing must undergo a nucleic acid test.
Third, the community continued to implement measures such as verification, code inspection, and registration, and no longer required temperature testing. Express delivery, takeaway, housekeeping, decoration, moving, housing intermediary and other life service industry personnel and other outsiders can enter the community after registering with Beijing Healthbao "no abnormality" status. Remove the physical isolation of the community (village) to block the road due to the epidemic situation, properly open the community bayonet, and strengthen the duty of the community property enterprises. Orderly open community (village) indoor and outdoor sports fitness and cultural entertainment venues.
The fourth is to restore the normal operation of life service enterprises with sound and complete sanitation and epidemic prevention measures.
Fifth, the domestic team tourism business should be opened in a timely manner, except for medium and high risk areas. The tourism business of entry-exit teams will not be opened temporarily.
Sixth, on the premise of implementing the responsibility of the main business, strictly sterilizing and ventilating, measuring temperature and code, maintaining social distance, wearing masks scientifically, and completing emergency plans, open parks, tourist attractions and sports and fitness places, libraries, Museums, art galleries and other indoor places, and dynamically adjust the current limiting ratio according to the situation.
Seventh, on the premise of implementing the main responsibility of the organizer, strictly sterilizing and ventilating, measuring temperature and code, maintaining social distance, wearing masks scientifically, and completing emergency plans, a certain scale of meetings, conferences, exhibitions, sports events and performances can be held as appropriate.
Eighth, teachers and students of all sections of basic education and colleges and universities return to school in an orderly manner to resume regular teaching arrangements. Admission is recommended to wear masks indoors, after a period of evaluation, you may not wear masks; outdoor activities and physical exercises may not wear masks.
Ninth, under the circumstances of strict disinfection and ventilation, health monitoring, and maintaining social distance, the meeting can be held without wearing a mask.
Tenthly, in addition to the medium and high-risk areas, orderly restricting the flow and opening up personnel from other areas to come to Beijing for medical treatment.
