White House doctor Sean Conley said that there were no side effects for US President Donald Trump during his two-week reception of hydroxychloroquine, which he decided to take in a preventive action from Covid-19.

"The president ended this treatment safely, without side effects," the doctor said.

"He continues to undergo regular examinations (Covid-19), and all test results are negative," he added.

Hydroxychloroquine has been used for a long time to treat malaria, but its efficacy at COFED-19 has not been scientifically proven.
