Sobyanin said that "it was the first day, many enterprises were still closed that day."

“Today, we see that 55% of all trading enterprises are open, the rest are actively preparing for the opening,” said the mayor.

Earlier, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations, Vladimir Efimov, said that business should prepare in advance for the resumption of work after lifting restrictive measures in accordance with the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor.
