First, all Chinese and foreign airlines are required to strictly implement the "Technical Guidelines for Epidemic Prevention and Control of Transport Airlines" issued by the Civil Aviation Administration, and strictly implement the Relevant requirements in the Announcement.
Second, when requesting airlines to apply for flight plans, they should provide the confirmation letter of the “Epidemic Prevention and Control Guarantee Capability” issued by the epidemic prevention and control department at the port airport to ensure that the port city has the comprehensive guarantee ability to receive international flights and passengers to prevent flight entry. The location is too concentrated.
Third, the dynamic adjustment of flight volume in combination with actual input risks, and the introduction of incentive and fuse measures for all flights, which is also the biggest highlight of this adjustment measure. Incentive measures mean that if there are no passengers with positive nucleic acid test results on the same flight of the airline for 3 consecutive weeks, the airline is allowed to increase the number of flights per week within the flight volume specified by the route operation permit to a maximum of 2 flights. The fuse measure means that the airline has a passenger with a positive nucleic acid test result on a single inbound flight on the international route operated by the number of passengers, the airline company will suspend the flight of the route for 1 week, if it reaches 10, it will be suspended 4 week. In addition, four weeks after the implementation of the adjusted version of the "five one" measures, a comprehensive evaluation of the epidemic prevention and control work was conducted, and the feasibility of adding flights in the future was studied based on the comprehensive evaluation results.
