While this aid is now reserved for companies with less than 250 employees and for diplomas at the level lower than or equal to the bac, the system will be extended up to the license level and to all companies, which will represent "a additional cost greater than one billion euros ", according to the entourage of the minister. The idea is to encourage young people to choose the path of learning.

Regarding unemployment insurance, discussions will open "in the coming weeks" with trade unions and employers with a view to reaching decisions "by the summer," also said Muriel Pénicaud. These discussions will make it possible to agree on "the criteria or the measures to be adapted to take account of the context" of the crisis, as well as on the date of application, the Ministry of Labor was told. While all trade unions are demanding the cancellation of this reform, the second part of which has been postponed until September 1 due to the crisis, "things are very, very open on unemployment insurance," the ministry said. .
