A dispute broke out during the night of Wednesday to Thursday between two men, in the Carmes district, in the center of Toulouse. Shortly before midnight, the first, aged 31, would have questioned the reality of the handicap of the second (25 years old), who had just parked in a reserved place.
The motorist exhibited a parking card to prove that he was within his rights. Not enough to calm the fury of the thirty-something, who is accused of having punched him four times in the face. The attacker was arrested by police from the Anti-Crime Brigade (BAC) and placed in police custody. He had a blood alcohol level of 1.02 grams per liter of blood.
