The first vice-president Kim Yeo-jung made the issue through today's (4th) discourse by North Korean refugee groups.

He said that he knew the spraying of leaflets through the press, and blamed them with drastic expressions such as'garbage' and'mangani'.

Subsequently, the South Korean government was also pressured to say that it had virtually neglected the spread of North Korea.

He discussed the possibility of abolishing tourism at Mt. Geumgang, the complete withdrawal of the Kaesong Industrial Complex, the closure of the inter-Korean joint office, and the destruction of the 9/19 military agreement.

Some voices were asked to make a method to prevent the spread of shear, and to keep the chords firm so as not to be dishonest.

The Ministry of Unification said it is already looking into ways to improve the system for spraying the North Korean fliers through an unscheduled briefing this morning, four hours after the statement.

[A spokesman for the Ministry of Unification/Ministry of Unification: We are already reviewing ways to effectively improve the system that can fundamentally relieve tension-building activities in the border area.] In order to

implement the Panmunjom Declaration, we are preparing a legal maintenance plan.

He said that the spread of leaflets in North Korea is mostly found in Korea, and that spreading of leaflets should be stopped because it poses a danger to the lives and property of people in the border region, including quarantine cooperation.

The Ministry of Unification did not directly evaluate the discourse of Kim Yeo-jung.
