As the lawyer of the victim, Irina Valeeva, told the 360 ​​channel, her client did not accept the acquittal for the two defendants in the case.

“Not easy,” the lawyer answered the question of how her client perceived what had happened.

At the same time, the lawyer added that the girl insists that all three persons involved in the case are guilty of gang rape and sexual assault.

“All this time she has been standing on her position that all three of them committed these two crimes and all three must be punished,” she said.

Valeeva indicated that she would file a complaint after receiving the appeal verdict.

In December 2019, the Kirovsky District Court of Ufa sentenced three former police officers in a rape case of an interrogator. Pavel Yaromchuk received six years in prison, Eduard Matveev and Salavat Galiev - seven years each.

On June 3, the Supreme Court of Bashkiria fully acquitted two of the three former policemen who are accused of raping an inquirer in the police department in Ufa. Yaromchuk of the Armed Forces of Bashkiria reduced the term from six to four years in prison.

According to investigators, on the night of October 30, 2018, police attacked a 23-year-old investigator in one of the police departments in the Ufa region of Bashkiria and raped her. They were later fired.
