According to the judgment, all suspected perpetrators, as well as the two men who were subjected to the murder trial, have a criminal past.

On that day, June 11, 2019, the police scouted the men and were able to film, among other things, when some of the suspects received weapons, and then fold the hoods on their jerseys and move in the direction of the crime scene.

Shot against men on park bench

Two of the suspected perpetrators fired several shots at two other men sitting on a park bench.

In November last year, one of the men who was supposed to have fired the shots, as well as two other men, were released. The other man who is supposed to have fired shots is still in custody in his absence.

Hard to prove

The men now acquitted have been suspected of handing over weapons and driving the perpetrators from the crime scene in their car.

They are released when the district court considers that it is not possible to prove that the weapon handed over was the one used in the shooting, or that the car that witnesses saw in close proximity to the scene was actually the car in which the suspects were traveling.
