Higher vocational college entrance examination has repeatedly leaked the question "secondary examination" is not valued?

On the morning of May 31st, Anhui Province held the 2020 Higher Vocational College Classification Admission Test. Soon some people broke the news that during the exam time, in a QQ group called "171 class group" with 58 people, a group member successively uploaded 18 (repeated) suspected hand-made test papers, and some people provided Multiple choice answer.
On the evening of May 31, the Anhui Provincial Education Admissions Examination Office reported that it had requested the Anqing Education Department to investigate the matter together with the public security organ. The public security organ has locked the relevant parties.
"Coincidentally", according to media reports, in 2016 and 2017, Anhui Province held exam leaks in violation of the classification test for higher vocational colleges, and cheaters used mobile QQ in previous years.
Such clumsy cheating methods can appear repeatedly, and only the relevant parties are locked. I am afraid that we can't make up for it, and we must check the omissions in the examination organization. When a candidate enters the venue, it is impossible to enter such a large mobile phone as long as the exam room is strictly checked. Even if the cheating equipment flows into the field with a very low probability, if the invigilator shows a minimum sense of responsibility, it is impossible to allow the cheater to easily take pictures and circulate.
This only shows that the exam has not been given sufficient attention, so that the "sheep" has been thrown back from the same hole several times, and the "jail" has not been rectified. Unlike ordinary college entrance examinations, which are highly concerned, the classified admission examinations of higher vocational colleges are less concerned by society. In some people’s stereotypes, the latter may even be considered a “secondary” exam.
However, this prejudice is a serious underestimation of higher vocational education. In 2019, my country's general colleges and universities enrolled 9.419 million people, including 4.313 million undergraduate enrollment and 4.836 million high vocational enrollment. Higher vocational education can train more application-oriented talents. Whether in terms of economic development needs or individual education needs, higher vocational education plays an irreplaceable role. However, for a long time, higher vocational education has occupied a "chicken rib" position in social concepts, leading to unsatisfactory development.
In recent years, my country has made efforts to reverse the "lower-class" situation in higher vocational education at the national strategic level. On January 24, 2019, the State Council released the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan", which openly stated that vocational education and general education are two different types of education and have equal importance. At the two sessions this year, Zheng Yali, deputy to the National People's Congress and president of the Zhejiang Vocational College of Finance, called for the elimination of all kinds of discrimination against higher vocational colleges.
And for the whole society to regard higher vocational education as a serious undertaking, shouldn't the first thing to do is to strictly control the entrance examination? If the entrance examination cannot be taken seriously, everything behind is a castle in the sky.
"Secondary examination" is not valued, resulting in loose discipline and frequent cheating, and not only involves the entrance examination for vocational colleges. In recent years, some places have frequently found invigilation and cheating in arts exams, junior college entrance examinations, etc., reflecting this problem.
In fact, these "secondary exams" are not really unimportant, they can also determine the fate of candidates. Some people "study hard in the cold window", and some people "operate in the dark", no matter where it occurs, it will cause great harm to the fairness of education and even the hearts of the world.
According to my country's criminal law and relevant judicial interpretations, as long as it is a "national examination stipulated by law", "organizing cheating", "providing cheating equipment or other assistance to others", etc., it is an illegal and criminal act and must be held accountable according to law.
As mentioned in the previous analysis, the reason why some examinations have been reduced to "secondary" status is because they have not been valued for a long time, so that the relevant parties have no scruples and no awe. Only when the "secondary exams" are really true can they be gradually restored to their proper status.
