It looks different when you come out of the bathroom.
The SBS Issue Coverage Team reported on'Working Parliament' in the beginning of last month, a month before the opening of the 21st National Assembly. Although it is often mentioned as an institutional plan for the'working parliament', we focused on the method of paying taxes differently according to the attendance rate of the meeting-more specifically, how to cut the cost of members if the attendance rate is low.

The National Assembly is the representative body of Min. Public opinion is reflected through'discussion', and the beginning of'discussion' is'meeting'. In the end, we decided that the most important task of the National Assembly was the meeting, and attending the meeting was the first button to measure the quality of the National Assembly. In fact, there is nothing complicated to think about. Applying the principle of'no-paid wages' to the National Assembly was the same as the people's desire for decades.

After our continuous report on the'Working Parliament', we watched the political movement with expectations. By the way, the atmosphere is cheap. Not surprisingly, there are quite a few investigations to create a working parliament, but few discussions have been made to cut down on the attendance of the conference. Like anyone said, it's a different mind when entering the bathroom and a different mind when it comes out. The majority voted YES.
Our issue reporting team conducted a total investigation of 300 members. I contacted him directly and asked, "What do you think about how to cut taxes if the attendance rate is low?" It was held just after the 21st general election in April.
The result was:

In the response,'Other' is a case in which opinions other than pros and cons are presented. "It is sympathetic, but other disadvantages than tax are effective.", "You need to measure the attendance rate rather than the attendance rate." 'Unsubmitted' and'Refusal of investigation' are cases in which a contact has been made but the response has not been submitted or the investigation has been rejected. In fact, it is read in reverse.

If you look at the results, based on 261 members who were contacted, 145 votes were positive, 9 were negative, and votes were overwhelming. It's'majority'. The Democratic Party promised.
Let's see in detail. First, it is the approval rate by party. Right now, it was reasonable, but I will write it down because there is a'proportional party' at the time of the investigation.
In addition, the Democratic Party and the Citizens' Party favored 71%. The Democratic Party even made a concrete pledge to cut taxes according to the attendance rate before the general election. Excerpts from the Democratic pledge of the general election.
The Mirae United Party and the Future Korean Party were only 28%. This is read as a result of reflecting the opposition's strategic judgment, rather than because the Democratic Party and the Citizen Party are more reformative. There is a history of the National Assembly where'rejection of the meeting' was the main strategy of the opposition party. In fact, in the past, when the Democratic Party was an opposition party, it disagreed against the debate on parliamentary law.

This time, it is the result of each player and regional/proportional representative.
The first legislator's first vote was high. It is encouraging. However, when the proportional representatives were separated, the approval rate was low. It's a mystery, considering that the first line is mostly. The proportional representative said a lot of saying "I will follow the theory." Several interpretations are possible, but it is read as reflecting the characteristics of proportional representatives that are more sensitive to the theory. It was'approved' by SBS training.
Let's assume that the members of the SBS are voting according to the SBS training. 'Other' or'non-research' will be classified as abstaining for convenience. Still, it was'approved' in favor of Jaeseok.

However, as I said before, there is no discussion or progress to cut the tax as much as I am absent from the meeting.

Actually, I could see that. At the time of the thorough investigation, there were members of Congress who were uncomfortable with the story of reducing taxes. Even so, the members of Congress who voted in favor. At first, I thought of it as a kind of fuss, but as I see the situation going back to the National Assembly, I don't think it might be just fuss. Perhaps these ideologies can be a'reason' that rejects'no labor wages'. Working Parliament "again" continuous coverage, starts.
I can't. Reporters Lee Kyung-won, Ahn Hye-min, Bae Yeon-woon, Bae Jeong-hoon, and Jeong Hye-kyung, who reported on the working parliamentary meeting, gathered together. Now that the 21st National Assembly has started its four-year term, we will gather together the ideas of the members of the lawmakers who came out during the thorough investigation and decorate them in a fact-checked form.

The working parliamentary "again" series also starts today. trailer
