“The objective of the INSPIRE US Agency for International Development Program in Bosnia and Herzegovina is to empower citizens and government institutions to improve the situation in the field of human rights protection in general, the quality of services and employment opportunities for the most vulnerable segments of the population of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” - says the request.

To implement the project, the agency plans to conclude a five-year contract mainly with American organizations. $ 9.2 million will be spent on activities under the program.

According to USAID, $ 1.2 million from the budget can be used to conduct campaigns to raise awareness among the general public about the human rights issues faced by sexual minorities. We are talking about campaigns on social networks, traditional media, among academic circles.

In April, the United States announced its intention to allocate up to $ 10 million for tax reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In Washington, it was explained that the transformation of the financial sector in the Balkan state is a prerequisite for the country's integration into the European Union.
