Who or who is behind the message of this year's Second Long Day is unclear. It is clear, however, that on Saturday, June 6, they wish "welcome all happy and kind people to the Second Long Day", and believes that "The Second Long Day has become such a phenomenon over the years that it now lives its own life".

With the dissemination of this invitation, the police have now issued a press release announcing that an event like this is a general event covered by the ban on more than 50 participants.

- We will act against illegal public gatherings. But I hope and believe that the Gothenburg citizens are acting responsibly and following the ordinance, says Theodor Smedius in the press release.

If event organizers violate the ban, they risk fines or imprisonment for up to 6 months. Participants who do not comply with police orders at the site may in turn be reported for disobedience to the ordering authority, and are rejected from the site.
