Brazil recorded, on Tuesday, a significant increase in the number of deaths and infections of the new virus Corona.
The country's health authorities said that the number of injured reached 555,383 confirmed cases, after 28,936 new cases were recorded.
She added that the total deaths increased to 31,199 after documenting 1,262 deaths.
On Monday, Brazil recorded 11,598 injuries and 623 deaths.
Brazil is the second country in the world in terms of the number of recorded infections with the Coruna virus, and the fourth in terms of deaths from the pandemic.
