This came after the Saudi Food and Drug Authority warned yesterday of the "Hand Sanitizer Spary (Cosmo) hand sanitizer product because it contains less than the permissible limit of sterile ethanol and isopropanol, and the authority took the necessary measures in coordination with the competent authorities to withdraw it from the markets and prevent its circulation.

Dr. Naseem told Emirates Today that coordination with the company concerned with products in the country is underway to verify the circular issued by the Food and Drug General Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to verify the source of the samples indicated in the circular, in addition to direct coordination With the competent authorities in the Kingdom for the purpose of taking what is necessary in accordance with the established procedures.
