Sharjah International Airport Authority has completed its intensive preparations to receive the return flights of residents of the United Arab Emirates while continuing to take all measures and measures that guarantee the health and safety of travelers, customers and employees in accordance with international standards.


The head of Sharjah International Airport Authority, Ali Salem Al Midfa, said: "The Authority, in coordination with all partners, operating authorities at the airport and airlines, has completed all the necessary preparations to receive return flights in light of taking preventive measures that guarantee the health and safety of travelers, customers and employees, and a set of regulatory measures have been taken. And operational, which ensures the smoothness and smoothness of movement so that procedures can be terminated with ease while ensuring compliance with sanitary measures. "


He added, "The decision to start the return trips of residents stranded abroad is a positive step and heralds subsequent steps to fully open the air and the return of travel and air traffic to its previous nature."


The authority succeeded in holding a group of meetings and through several specialized committees to follow the procedures that required the National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Commission to be present in all the country's airports.


Sharjah Airport Authority continues to adhere to a set of daily procedures, including the implementation of continuous sterilization plans in all airport facilities, in addition to aircraft, freight planes, and all corridors leading to and from the airport.
