It is the airline Amapola Flyg who, in collaboration with BRA, announces that the route Halmstad-Bromma-Halmstad will start operating on June 15, 2020.

- The fact that the flight operators choose to start the flight Halmstad-Stockholm at an early stage is an important component for the business community in Halmstad and its surrounding area to be able to recover as quickly as possible after the Covid-19 shutdown, says Magnus Uvenfeldt (M), Chairman of the Board Halmstad City Airport, in a press release.

Has space for 50 passengers

The route will be operated once a day from Monday to Friday, as well as Sunday. The flight departs from Bromma at 15:10 and lands in Halmstad at 16:15. Then the flight departs from Halmstad 16:35 and arrives in Bromma 17:40.

The route is operated by the aircraft model Fokker50, which can seat 50 passengers. BRA has previously traveled the route with an ATR-72, which had room for 72 passengers.

- It feels great fun and we can see that the flight is needed anyway. We are very pleased that Halmstad and the business community have received good communication, a soft start, and then it is only to follow the development, says Anette Holmgren, business developer Halmstad City Airport, to SVT Halland.
