“The main outcome of the school year will be a test of the readiness of a group of strategic missile submarines in the course of their practical firing with intercontinental ballistic missiles,” he said.
According to him, the corresponding firing will take place “in the autumn period”.
Moiseev did not specify which submarines would take part in these maneuvers.
Earlier it was reported that the newest strategic nuclear submarine (NPS) “Prince Vladimir” of the improved project 955A “Borey-A” was handed over to the Navy.
