President Moon Jae-in will hold the 6th Emergency Economic Meeting at the Blue House today (1st) to discuss the economic policy direction in the second half of the year and the formation of the third supplementary plan.

The Blue House explained that at this meeting, it will determine the direction of economic policy in the second half of the year, including revitalization of consumption and private investment, the Korean version of the New Deal Project, and corporate reshoring.

After the meeting, the government is expected to submit the third supplementary plan to the National Assembly after the State Council meeting.

It is only a month since President Moon's fifth meeting in April.
