The firefighters of the Madrid City Council received more than 100 warnings this Sunday between 7:00 and 8:15 p.m. related to water rafts on public roads, flooding in parking lots and basements, damage to cornices and facades, and problems with trees caused by the storm.

A spokeswoman for Emergencias Madrid has indicated to Efe that in these incidents there have been no injuries.

The supervisor of the Madrid City Council fire department, Carlos Hernando, explained that at 7:00 p.m. "a stormy event" has started that has traveled the city from south to north and has caused around a hundred incidents.

Hernando has indicated in a video broadcast on Twitter that most of the incidents caused by the storm are related to flooding on public roads, damage to cornices and building facades, minor flooding inside buildings and damage to trees.
