In the same context, the Council adopted, within its directives, a study of national opportunities for the next stage, by forming a team to develop an integrated system that harnesses the efforts of volunteers, citizens and residents in the state, and from various sectors and tasks, and provide them with full support by preparing frameworks for volunteering on The state level, working to unify and coordinate efforts to organize the progress of volunteer work in the country, and follow up the implementation and implementation of conditions and controls for volunteering among all parties concerned, in addition to strategic coordination between government agencies and cooperation with researchers and specialists to design effective government programs to encourage correct behaviors.
