While France will go into phase 2 of deconfinement and the French regain their freedom, many scientists are worried about the risk of a return of the epidemic of coronavirus. Asked about this subject during the  Grand Rendez-vous on Europe 1, Ségolène Royal said that the government should not order a new containment. "It is imperatively not the solution". According to the former Minister of the Environment, "the economic situation will not recover"

Ségolène Royal therefore calls to "learn the lessons of what has just happened", not forgetting "faults, errors, lack of anticipation and lack of equipment" so that if an epidemic were to occur again arise, "we are ready".

The former ambassador for the poles recognizes this: France is not in a position to face a second wave without reconfiguration.
