“This cargo that we receive today allows us to raise several issues, firstly, that through dialogue, diplomacy and cooperation, successful agreements can be reached for the people of Venezuela,” he said.
According to him, humanitarian aid will be distributed at comprehensive social support points.
Earlier, the Iranian embassy in Caracas reported that the first Iranian tanker with fuel arrived in Venezuela.
