In March, Finland closed its borders to fight the corona virus. But in mid-May they were partially reopened and today necessary travel within the Schengen area is allowed.

As far as summer travelers from Sweden are concerned, the views are divided among the Finns.

Eliel Kilpelä, who works as a historian and editor, says he likes to meet Swedes at Helsinki's outdoor restaurants this summer - while undersea nurse Jessika Sundfors from Ostrobothnia is doubtful.

- I want Swedes who want to come to Finland to think that there are more cases in Sweden and that they can carry the infection.
