Dubai Police clarified that the movement restriction period during the national sterilization program in the Emirate of Dubai starts from 11 pm until six in the morning, while sterilization begins in the rest of the Emirates from ten to six in the morning, according to the decision of the Ministries of Health and Interior and the National Authority for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management to amend the national sterilization period Starting tomorrow, Saturday.

The Director of the Dubai Traffic General Department, Brigadier Saif Muheir Al Mazrouei, stated to “Emirates Today” that the time available for the movement is sufficient to spend all the purposes that members of the community need, so everyone must adhere to the time allotted and not go out during the restriction period of movement from eleven to six in the morning except For emergencies only and in light of the instructions mentioned.

He pointed out that, according to the regulation for controlling violations and administrative penalties issued by the Council of Ministers decision to limit the spread of Covid disease 19, there is a fine of 3 thousand dirhams for violating everyone who exits or moves during the embargo except for the excluded sectors.

He emphasized that the expansion of the margin of movement does not eliminate the necessity to adhere to the other instructions, indicating that there is a fine of 3 thousand dirhams for those who commit a violation that exceeds the number of passengers allowed in a single vehicle (3 individuals) and is exempt from this violation in the event that the vehicle has members of the same family or Relatives up to the second degree.

And a fine of 3 thousand dirhams in the case of not wearing medical or cloth masks when attending closed public places or shopping malls, and in public transportation, and when traveling around or walking in open public places that are dense or crowded, and in private transportation if two or more people are traveling in them.

He explained that the regulation also provides for a fine of 3 thousand dirhams in violation of non-observance of distances for spacing, when practicing sporting or recreational activities in open places or beaches of hotels, and when hiking or gathering in parks or public parks  

He stated that there is a fine of 5 thousand dirhams and the seizure of the vehicle for a month in the event that the vehicles are used to transport goods, things or others contrary to the authorized purpose, and in violation of health and safety instructions

In addition to a fine of 10 thousand dirhams for violating the prohibition of transferring labor groups between the emirates of the state by any means, except for the categories for which a decision to exclude them is imposed, and the fine is imposed on the official of the company or facility or the driver of the vehicle if it is a private vehicle.

Al Mazrouei pointed out that the regulation also includes a fine of 5 thousand dirhams in the event that the person in charge of the company or establishment does not observe the precautionary measures when transferring labor groups between the emirates of the state or when transferring any of the labor groups between the regions and cities of the same emirate in terms of violating the absorptive capacity (using more than Half the number of seats for the means of transportation) and not wearing masks or non-commitment to leave a safety distance of about two meters when going up or down from the means of transportation in addition to a fine of 500 dirhams per worker.
