It is the company Martin and Servera Logistics that are now giving notice. This is because the corona pandemic has led to declining sales volumes.
The company now notifies staff at four warehouses, in Umeå, Enköping, Halmstad and Norrköping. According to a press release, it is about 250 posts. In Norrköping, 97 services are affected.
- The Corona situation has hit the restaurant industry and its suppliers hard. Declining sales volumes mean that we have to make some difficult decisions that are about securing the company's future - and securing as many jobs as possible, says Stefan Bergström Hedmark, CEO of Martin & Servera Logistik in the press release.
