In April, Stena Line announced that from July, the shipping company would switch to a more freight-focused vessel on the Karlskrona-Gdynia line and Stena Vision would be added to the quay until further notice.

But now the shipping company has changed and will continue to operate the passenger ferry between Karskrona and Poland.

"The reason is an increasing number of passengers traveling on the line after the Polish quarantine rules eased in May and an improved booking situation for the summer," Stena Line writes in a press release.

At the same time, the shipping company has introduced a number of safety measures on board, such as social distancing, and therefore the number of passengers per departure has also been greatly reduced.
