Over the past day, 66 people with coronavirus infection have died in France, the total number of deaths since the beginning of the pandemic has increased to 28,662. This is reported by BFMTV with reference to the General Directorate of Health of the country.
As noted, 18,326 people died in hospitals, the rest - in medical and social institutions.
Currently, 15,208 people remain in hospitals. During the day, they received 253 new patients with coronavirus.
In intensive care units with a severe course of the disease, there are 1,429 people.
