The authority stated that all sterilization requirements will be provided throughout the museums, from entry points to exit points, applying the rules of social spacing by maintaining a distance of two meters between one visitor and another, and obliging workers and visitors to wear masks before entering the site, and a thermal examination will be conducted for everyone who enters museums , And allocate isolation areas for suspected cases with known symptoms of the virus.


Despite the availability of ticket offices in the locations included in the opening decision, Dubai Culture encourages visitors to use Nol smart cards or credit cards that allow them to enter without having to deal with the currency to purchase tickets. Tickets can also be purchased online through the “At The Top” tickets portal, Burj Khalifa as part of the ongoing partnership between the two sides.
