The grandson of Zoe Shamshina Kirill turned to the department of “RT - regions”. According to him, three weeks earlier, he called and wrote to the Pension Fund, but in the department the man was redirected to the social protection department at the veteran's place of residence - this is the Lyubertsy district of the Moscow Region.
“Again he called in social protection - again sent to the Pension Fund. Then I just sent a letter to the FIU via electronic form, enclosing a copy of my grandmother’s ID card. I received a notification of receipt of the appeal with the registration number, ”says Kirill.
On this, the communication of the FIU with the grandson of Shamshina ended.

The woman is entitled to a lump sum payment of 50 thousand rubles, announced by President Vladimir Putin. In addition, as it turned out after the appeal of Shamshina’s relatives to the head of the Lyubertsy city district, Vladimir Ruzhitsky, the veteran was also entitled to a payment of 15 thousand rubles from the regional budget. This money was immediately transferred to the account of Shamshina.
The payment from the Pension Fund came after an RT correspondent contacted the PFR press service in Moscow and the Moscow Region. An apology letter was also sent to the e-mail indicated by the grandson Cyril. As explained in the document, in the retirement case of Shamshina there was no necessary information, but after the appeal everything was fixed.
