Guest of Europe 1 this Saturday, doctor Raphaël Pitti explains why according to him coronavirus is a seasonal disease, and details the consequences for next fall.

INTERVIEW

Can a seasonality of the coronavirus explain that South America is on the way to becoming the new epicenter of the pandemic, as feared by the WHO? This is in any case a plausible argument according to the doctor Raphaël Pitti. While the northern hemisphere comes out of winter and gradually fades, especially in Europe, the south is suffering the full force of the Covid, like Brazil which now has 330,000 cases and 21,048 deaths for 210 millions of inhabitants. "So it seems that we are dealing with a seasonal illness," he said at the microphone of Europe 1.
