Question 1: When do the various stages of basic education return to school and resume classes?

  On June 1 (Monday), the first and second grades of high school, the first and second grades, the sixth grade primary school return to school; June 8 (Monday), the fourth grade and fifth grade primary school return to school; the first to third grade synchronization Make preparations for the start of the school, and the specific start time will be notified separately; from June 8 (Monday), kindergartens with opening conditions can be opened one after another. Question 2: What are the requirements for teachers and students to return to school?

  1. Teachers and students who have not left Beijing recently and have been home-observed for 14 consecutive days and have no symptoms can return to school.

  2. Teachers and students returning to Beijing from abroad. Strictly implement the control measures for people returning to Beijing from abroad. After 14 days of concentrated medical observation, they must continue to observe home health for 7 days.

  3. Returned teachers and students from outside Beijing. Strictly implement the control measures for returnees from outside Beijing. Teachers and students returning to Beijing in medium and high-risk areas (including Hubei) must stay at home or concentrate on medical observation for 14 days; family members who live together must live in medical observation, and they should also observe in isolation.

  4. Teachers, students and employees who must perform nucleic acid testing. Question 3: What other preparations do schools need to do before returning to school?

  All districts set up special classes for returning to school to resume classes, improve the working mechanism, and formulate work plans. Comprehensively and accurately grasp the number of teachers and students, health status and travel trajectory of each school stage and grade, and form a work account. Organize relevant personnel to conduct nucleic acid detection in accordance with the principle of "exhaustive inspection".

  Schools and kindergartens arrange for teachers and staff to arrive 14 days in advance, notifying teachers and students who have not returned to Beijing to arrange for the return to Beijing in advance.

  All districts coordinate the protection of epidemic prevention materials for schools and kindergartens, and provide school doctors and health care doctors.

  The personal protective equipment for students and children is in principle the responsibility of the guardian, and the school and kindergarten provide emergency spares.

  Schools and kindergartens shall set up temporary observation points and emergency treatment rooms in accordance with regulations, establish "point-to-point" working links with local health, disease control departments, and designated hospitals for hot clinics, and improve the epidemic response and disposal mechanism. Comprehensively organize campus cleaning and disinfection, and regularly disinfect air conditioners, drinking water facilities, and teaching aids for children.

  For students who are unable to return to school normally, each school should formulate a personalized learning plan to guide students to complete the learning task at home.

Question 4: What will happen to the campus prevention and control after students return to school?

  Strict access control on campus, teachers, students and staff are all required to check their identities and check their body temperature when entering the school. Unrelated personnel outside the school are not allowed to enter the school.

  During the school period, students implement closed-loop management in class units. The campus set up a "1 meter line" to maintain social distance. Arrange for breaks, meals, toilets, outdoor activities, etc. at different times, so that the learning and living space is relatively fixed and close Personnel can be traced back.

  Accommodation schools implement fully enclosed management, which must comply with relevant regulations, and no basement or semi-basement accommodation can be arranged.
