As the representative of the commission told RT, the accused was detained by FSB officers on the street in Feodosia, and he left dentures at home.

“Since March 24, 2020, the arrested person cannot eat normally,” said a member of the PMC.

They cannot make new prostheses at the expense of the state, since he is a foreigner, the source explained.

“He also has no money in his personal account, so he has nothing to pay for their production. Shearing’s wife, under house arrest, cannot send prostheses to Moscow. The only hope for the humanism of the investigation, ”added the human rights activist.

Earlier media reported the arrest of Shiring and his wife, who served in a military unit in Crimea.

According to the FSB, the newspaper Kommersant writes, the woman informed her husband about the number of personnel of the unit, its weapons, and locations. Shearing, in turn, transmitted this information to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The arrestee said that he had sent several appeals to the Ukrainian consulate in Moscow about helping him, but did not receive any answers, they say in the PMC.

“Shearing said that without money in a personal account in a pre-trial detention center, he can’t purchase basic necessities and products. He needs shaving accessories, as well as vegetables and fruits, ”said the human rights activist.

In connection with the epidemic of coronavirus and quarantine, prisoners in the Moscow pre-trial detention center are not currently receiving parcels and transfers.
