The Ministry of Emergency Situations specified that the construction period will be about two weeks.
“Work continues on preparing the site for the construction of a field infectious diseases hospital. EMERCOM of Russia together with the government of the Murmansk region mobilized all the forces and means for the speedy solution of the tasks, ”said Ruslan Nazarov, head of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Murmansk Region.
On May 11, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered by May 20 to deploy a field hospital in the Murmansk shift camp Belokamenka to treat patients with coronavirus infection.
