The Executive Director of the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, Khalifa Al-Drai revealed that the Foundation has prepared to receive the Eid Al-Fitr holiday, by putting all its capabilities to tighten the prevention of the threat of the spread of Corona pandemic infection and called on everyone to maintain social estrangement, postpone family meetings and family visits until after the end of the epidemic and eliminate it.
Al-Drai indicated that the Foundation provided an operating room to receive reports of diabetics, in addition to providing a special room to receive births, heart and kidney diseases and other chronic diseases, and stressed that ambulances and paramedics are ready to intervene quickly and respond to all cases of HIV infection or transfer any suspects infected, and added that saving Human life is the main motto of the Foundation and part of the diaries of its people, who work around the clock with high professionalism in accordance with international best practices, where we provide our services through 122 emergency points spread in the Emirate of Dubai.
Al-Deray stressed that everyone should bear the responsibility towards himself and his community in the first place, and to avoid all customs and traditions that were previously used to limit the spread of infection, especially on Eid Al-Fitr, and he advised electronic shopping instead of regular shopping. With regard to family communication, he stressed the need to rely on modern technology for audio and video communication with others, and to reduce family visits and gatherings as much as possible.
