An American was arrested after he was hit by an employee in a fast food chain, who refused to give him food because he was not wearing a muzzle, according to the police.

Aurora police in Colorado arrested Kelvin Watson, 27, after he caused the accident a few days ago in a Waffle House chain restaurant that only opened doors for sales the customer brought with him because of the Coved-19 pandemic.

According to the arrest report, which was seen by the French Press Agency, the restaurant staff twice refused to serve the customer, who insisted that no muzzle be placed.

Witnesses said the young man put a gun at the service table and told the cook: "I am able to blow your brain right away."

The next night, Kelvin Watson returned to the restaurant, and was again asked to put the muzzle or to leave the place, so he only hit the cook and chased him inside the building and shot him.

The victim was shot in the chest and taken to hospital, where he will recover from his injury, according to local police.
