Earlier, Russians talked about the reasons for rejecting offers from employers. As reported by “Gazeta.Ru” with reference to the Superjob service, according to the survey, every third respondent who received a final offer from the company refuses it. 26% of respondents motivate their decision with low wages, 23% - with dishonesty of the employer, 22% - with inappropriate working conditions.

According to 13%, they refuse, because they were selected for another vacancy. One in ten claims to be too far between home and work.

Other reasons include poor reviews, too many responsibilities, a “gray” salary, an antipathy to the team, and an intuitive feeling.
