During the coming period, the Ministry of Health is bringing in a number of international consultants in various medical specialties, including endoscopic, nose, ear, nerve and spine surgery. Sheikh Khalifa Hospital in Ajman is scheduled to receive an ear, nose and throat consultant at Munich University Hospital Dr. Wolfgang
Arnold, for examination and treatment of incurable cases from May 6 to 13. The hospital will receive a consultant laparoscopy at the Imperial College Hospital in London, Dr. Tex Paris, from May 7 to May 13, to examine and treat critical conditions. Meanwhile, the hospital also hosts a spine surgery consultant at Tante Hospital in France, Dr. Norbert Bassotti. From May 14 to May 20, the hospital will receive a professor of neurosurgery at the University Hospital of Tante, France, Dr. Ban Peron, for examination and treatment of severe cases.
