The deputy and member of the Citizens' Executive Marcos de Quinto has resigned and will leave the deputy's record, as he communicated today to the party leadership.

De Quinto will participate this Wednesday in his last plenary session of Congress and will vote in accordance with the decision taken by the party. In other words, before his resignation, he will vote on the fifth extension of the state of alarm.

De Quinto already announced in an interview in EL MUNDO last Monday that this extension was "unnecessary" and described as "implausible" that Cs support some national government emergency budgets, a proposal that Inés Arrimadas herself had made.
