Police dogs with drivers and one of the police drones are searching for the 19-year-old who disappeared in Sundsvall about two weeks ago. After finding the 19-year-old's jacket this weekend, the police turned to the Defense Force for reinforcements. The jacket was found in the forest area where the 19-year-old was last seen.
Later on Tuesday afternoon, the search was reinforced with the help of 14 homemakers' women and men plus five motorcycle ordinances. In addition, Missing people will go out with a so-called internal search.
- This means that there are some specially trained Missing people who should apply. It is impossible to send the public out in this difficult terrain, says Daniel Viklund, Missing people.
They make up a group of 10-15 people who are searching together with the home defense and the police.
Daniel Viklund has been with and applied before he thinks it feels positive that they have found traces after the 19-year-old.
"At least we have a direction where to look," he says.
