Deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours in Italy have increased to 162 this Tuesday, compared to 99 yesterday (below a hundred for the first time since March 9), as reported by Civil Protection. New daily infections have also rebounded, 813 today compared to 451 on Monday.

The total number of deaths in the country since the pandemic began is 32,169, the third with the most deaths after the United States and the United Kingdom.
