Shanghai Experience: "Three Closed Loops" Ensure Totally Closed Management

Transfer vehicles are sent to isolation points in various districts for isolated medical observation.
The second closed loop is the closed transfer of people. The airport group and 16 districts of the city have established efficient isolation transfer channels. Those who need to be isolated after quarantine inspection will enter the transfer area under the guidance of airport security personnel, and will be diverted to the isolation points of each area through the closed transit channel.
The third closed loop is the closed loop of community control. After completing the sampling and testing at the port, all immigration personnel will be sent to the centralized isolation point for medical observation. Before the isolation is lifted, the relevant medical institution will conduct nucleic acid testing again. All districts implement the deployment of medical personnel and service management personnel in isolation points, which are generally composed of disease control centers, community health service centers and street (town) staff, and are responsible for medical observation and daily services of isolated objects.
