“All the president’s instructions should be fulfilled, and his remarks should be eliminated by tomorrow, when Vladimir Vladimirovich will hold a meeting with us on this issue,” Mishustin said.
The Prime Minister called on the heads of medical institutions to personally monitor when and how much employees receive. Mishustin noted that government decisions in the regions began to be interpreted in their own way: “Somewhere when calculating surcharges, they began to consider shifts, somewhere hours, and somewhere minutes.”
“Such actions directly contradict the essence of the appeals and instructions of the president,” he emphasized.
He noted that the government has clarified the procedure for calculating payments to medical workers.
“Now they should be calculated based on the fact of working with patients with coronavirus, regardless of how many hours or shifts were spent on it. The time factor will not be taken into account when calculating these surcharges, ”Mishustin said.
He also recalled the need to immediately respond to medical calls about incentive payments.
Earlier, during a meeting of the Presidium of the Coordination Council to Combat the Spread of the Coronavirus, Mishustin asked Tatyana Golikova to take this issue under her personal control.
Inspections are underway in Russian regions due to violations of payments to doctors working with patients with COVID-19, the UK said.
