Regarding the proposed revision of the Public Prosecutor's Office Act, which allows prosecutors to extend their retirement age, the opposition party submitted a nonconfidence resolution to the Minister in charge of the National Public Service System of the Takeda government, and the ruling party's decision to vote last week was postponed.

The ruling party rejected the non-confidence resolution bill at the plenary session of the House of Representatives on the 19th, saying that "there will not be arbitrary personnel," and then on the 20th toward the establishment of the current Diet.
