A coffee at your fingertips (but respecting barrier gestures). This Monday, five traveling baristas, from the company Tripbikecafé, will prepare and distribute from scooters equipped with authentic Italian piston machines, free coffees in the streets of the capital. An initiative that will be repeated Tuesday and Wednesday.

8,000 espressos

"With the deconfinement, TripBikeCafé reinvests the capital on Monday and will offer free espresso for 3 days to all Parisians who have returned to work. Failing to be able to take their coffee on the terrace or in their usual place, Parisians can treat themselves to a real good coffee (tea or chocolate for those who wish), ”announces the company.

The five scooters will be deployed throughout the city: Place de l'Etoile, Avenue Georges V, Place de l'Opéra, Place de la Madeleine, Esplanade des Invalides, Place Saint-Philippe-du-Roule, Rond-point des Champs- Élysées and Alma bridge.

Tripbikecafé, a Parisian start-up founded in September 2019, says it expects to offer no less than 8,000 espressos. Each barista will also be equipped with a mask and hydroalcoholic gel. Queues will be set up thanks to an ephemeral marking on the ground to respect the safety distances, ensures the company.
