It will be possible to fully visit public places, shopping centers, and hold mass events when we begin to implement the third stage of lifting restrictions, ”the statement said.
The head of the region urged all residents of Chechnya to strictly adhere to the phased plan in order to safely return to the usual rhythm of life.
