The Rosselkhoznadzor said that the decision to release Krasilova was made after active legal support from the Russian lawyer Oleg Gubarev.

The department also expressed gratitude to the Russian Foreign Ministry and Russian diplomats for their assistance in returning Krasilova to Russia.

Earlier it was reported that on February 14, a Russian woman was detained at a Spanish airport when she was returning from a business trip on charges of transferring biometrics to third parties. It was also indicated that Krasilova is on the international wanted list at the request of the United States.
