ERC personally negotiates with Pedro Sánchez to control the de-escalation of confinement due to the coronavirus

• Lack of confidence: the Generalitat requests a la carte deconfidence for Barcelona and its belt

The ERC national coordinator, Pere Aragonès , revealed on Friday that he is maintaining a direct dialogue with the Prime Minister to negotiate his support for the extension of the state of alarm in its probable last extension. Some conversations at the highest level and that take place in parallel to the meetings held in recent days between the PSOE and ERC teams that negotiated the investiture.

Aragonès has tightened the demands of his party. The right hand of Oriol Junqueras has clarified that he is not satisfied with the Ministry of Health giving the approval to the desiccating proposals; he wants the Ministry of Health itself to "sign" the phase changes. 

"The positioning is clear: the de-escalation competencies must return. We must be able to decide the phases. With coordination and collaboration, I accept it, but whoever signs the decision, must leave the Generalitat's Ministry of Health, " Aragonès warned.

The national ERC coordinator ensures that the agreement is "green" and that the ERC management will make a decision on the state of alarm next Monday.
