Roofs fell on preschool - children had to be taken care of

A roof fell on Thursday morning at Kanehall's preschool in Sölvesborg, according to local newspapers.

There should have been children in the room and three children should have had to seek care, according to information to the BLT.

- Suddenly sound absorbing tiles came off the ceiling and dropped onto the children who were in the room, says Per Theorin, who is the head of operations for primary and pre-school in the municipality of Sölvesborg, told the newspaper.

All activities at the preschool are currently being conducted outdoors and the entire preschool must be inspected before the premises can be put back into use. It is currently unclear when the children can return to the premises.
